LA CERVEZA DE LOS EX-GUERRILLEROS Y GUERRILLERAS DE LAS FARC, LA CERVEZA DE LA PAZ

En la búsqueda de alternativas para crear proyectos productivos efectivos e incluyentes, surge la ´posibilidad de fabricar cerveza artesanal. Mujeres y hombres en proceso de reincorporación a la vida civil, económica y política, han puesto de su parte no solo recursos, sino un gran esfuerzo y mucha voluntad para desarrollar un producto sencillo y de alta calidad, que compite con las demás iniciativas de cervezas no industriales. Los beneficios de este proyecto son múltiples,  surge la posibilidad de crear un buen numero de  empleos en las variadas tareas que implica la industria, crear dinámicas de economía local, y dar un importante sentido de pertenencia e inclusión social. Hacemos algo que se aprecia y se disfruta, y eso nos da esperanza en la posibilidad de poder vivir en una Colombia donde la diferencia se respeta y además se acepta sin estigmatizaciones, más bien con orgullo.

THE BEER OF THE EXGUERRILLA OF THE FARC, THE BEER OF PEACE

In the search for alternatives to create effective and inclusive productive projects, the possibility of making craft beer arises. Women and men in the process of reincorporation into civil, economic and political life, have put not only resources, but a great effort and willingness to develop a simple and high quality product, which competes with other beer initiatives. The benefits of this project are multiple, the possibility of creating a good number of jobs in the various tasks involved in the industry, create dynamics of local economy, and give an important sense of belonging and social inclusion. We do something that is appreciated and enjoyed, and that gives us hope in the possibility of living in a Colombia where the difference is respected and also accepted without stigmatization, rather with pride.

CONTEXTO 

En la vereda La Fila del municipio de Icononzo en el departamento del Tolima, ubicación del “Espacio Territorial para la Capacitación y Reincorporación” ETCR Antonio Nariño, habitado por exguerrilleros de las FARC EP, un grupo de hombres y mujeres preparan de manera artesanal 150 litros semanales de cerveza a la que han denominado “La Roja”, reconocida por los sitios a los que ha sido distribuida por su excelente sabor y alta calidad. 

Este emprendimiento inició a mediados de septiembre de 2018, dejando como resultado un gran interés social y comercial que ha sido registrado en distintos medios de comunicación. A partir de ese momento, establecimientos y personas han contactado a la ETCR para probar o distribuir la cerveza. A menudo, la ETCR no tiene capacidad para aceptar un alto porcentaje de los pedidos que recibe por no tener capacidad técnica de producción. 

CONTEXT 

In the area La Fila of the municipality of Icononzo in the department of Tolima, location of the "Territorial Space for Training and Reincorporation" ETCR Antonio Nariño, inhabited by ex-guerrillas of the FARC EP, a group of men and women prepare in an artisanal way 150 liters of beer weekly. It that has been named "La Roja", recognized by the places to which it has been distributed for its excellent taste and high quality. This venture began in mid-September 2018, leaving as a result a great social and commercial interest that has been registered in different media. From that moment, establishments and people have contacted the ETCR to test or distribute the beer. Often, the ETCR does not have the capacity to accept a high percentage of the orders it receives because it does not have technical production capacity.

EL IMPACTO  

Con estos recursos podremos hacer realidad esta empresa que ya ha demostrado tener una amplia aceptación por la calidad de su producto, pero que requiere del apoyo de todas y todos para lograr satisfacer la demanda creada. Esto permitirá generar una cantidad bastante grande de empleos estables y con buenas condiciones, y al ser una empresa de carácter solidario, las ganancias generadas se invertirán en la comunidad y el desarrollo de otros proyectos productivos.

THE IMPACT 

With these resources we can make this company a reality.  It has already proven to have a wide acceptance for the quality of its product and its social cause, but which requires the support of all to meet the demand created. This will generate a fairly large number of stable jobs with good conditions, and being a company of solidarity, the profits generated will be invested in the community and the development of other productive projects. 

LAS RECOMPENSAS  

Para estimular la participación, La Roja Cerveza Artesanal dará una serie de elementos como camisetas, gorras, afiches, vasos y lapiceros con los distintivos de la cerveza a quienes donen desde 50 (€) euros o $150.000 pesos colombianos en Colombia o 80 (€) euros fuera de ella. La asociación correrá con los gastos de envió. 

Quienes aportes mínimo 120 (€) euros o $420.000 pesos colombianos, tendrán derecho a un curso de elaboración de Cerveza artesanal en la ETCR Antonio Nariño, guiados por las personas que trabajan en la planta ex guerrilleros y guerrilleras en proceso de reincorporación.

THE REWARDS 

To stimulate participation, the Red Craft Beer will give a series of items such as t-shirts, hats, posters, glasses and pens with beer badges to those who donate from 50 (€) euros or $ 150,000 Colombian pesos in Colombia or 80 (€) euros out of it. The association will bear the shipping costs. Those who contribute at least 120 (€) euros or $ 420,000 Colombian pesos, will be entitled to a course of elaboration of craft beer at the Antonio Nariño ETCR, guided by the people who work in the former guerrilla and guerrilla plant in process of reincorporation.
