Somos un colectivo de personas, emprendimientos y organizaciones comprometidas con la transformaci贸n y construcci贸n de paz en Colombia. Somos testigos de la falta de oportunidades sociales y econ贸micas que afrontan las comunidades v铆ctimas del conflicto y de la pobreza. Y somos conscientes de c贸mo nuestros privilegios nos alejan de esa realidad. La impotencia frente a la desigualdad, nos mueve para crear juntos. Para romper las brechas que nos separan: el conocimiento, el trabajo, los idiomas, la geograf铆a, los imaginarios. Hemos comprobado que dar una oportunidad, es recibir el doble en retorno. Por eso somos un Impulso Colectivo de cambio, liderazgo y oportunidades.

We are a group of people, enterprises and organizations, committed to social transformation and peace building in Colombia. We are witnesses of the lack of social and economic opportunities that, communities who fall victim of armed conflict and poverty, face. And we are conscious of how our priviliged situation can distance us from that reality. The feeling of helplessness in the eyes of injustice moves us to create a different reality together. To bridge the gap that separates us, we capitalize on knowledge, work, language, geography and imaginaries. We have proven that giving others an opportunity yields a higher return. That's why we are a Collective focused on change, leadership, and opportunities.
