Queremos informarles que tuvimos un pequeño contratiempo en los envíos, por varias razones, entre esas, el clima. Igualmente, les anunciamos que desde el día de ayer, 26 de noviembre, se empezaron a enviar los juegos, es un trabajo un poco extenso por lo que agradecemos la paciencia y la espera para recibirlo. Como anunciamos anteriormente, sigan atentos a su correo para que puedan recibir la guía de rastreo y puedan estar atentos.

Hello dear crew members!

We want to inform you that we had a small shipping setback, for various reasons, including the weather. Likewise, we announce that since yesterday, November 26, we started shipping the games. It is a somewhat extensive work for which we appreciate your patience. As we previously announced, keep an eye on your mail so you can receive the tracking guide and stay tuned.

Queridos Tripulantes

Queremos contarles que después de un largo viaje para la impresión del juego, estamos en los últimos ajustes para iniciar el empacado y poder enviar los juegos.

Estamos estimando que cada juego, para todo Colombia, esté llegando entre el 15 y 30 de noviembre, y para los tripulantes que se encuentren fuera del país, estén llegando entre el 1 al 15 de diciembre (esto depende mucho de los contratiempos que tenga la transportadora). En el momento en que salga el envío, les estaremos informando la guía para que puedan hacer el rastreo del paquete.

Para poder tener un viaje exitoso les pedimos, a los tripulantes que aún no lo han hecho, llenar el formulario de solicitud de datos. A ellos les haremos llegar de nuevo el correo con el link al formulario para que lo puedan diligenciar. Para los tripulantes que ya han cumplido esta misión, en estos días les estará llegando un correo de confirmación, para que puedan confirmar los datos brindados, y en caso de que se requiera, puedan hacer una última corrección antes de empezar los envíos.

De nuevo, agradecemos a todos los tripulantes, por toda su paciencia, ya casi llegamos al final del viaje.🎉

Dear Crewmembers

We want to tell you that after a long journey to print the game, we are in the final settings to start packing and shipping the games.

We are estimating that each game, for all of the crew in Colombia, will be arriving between November 15th and 30th, and for the crew who are outside the country, they will be receiving the package between December 1st and 15th (this depends a lot on setbacks in the transportation company). At the moment the shipment leaves, we will be informing you the tracking number so that you can track the package.

In order to have a successful trip, we ask the crew who have not yet done so, fill out the data request form. We will send them the email again with the link to the form so they can fill it out. For the crew members who have already completed this mission, in these days a confirmation email will be arriving, so that they can confirm the data provided, and if required, they can make a final correction before starting the fulfillment.

Again, we thank all the crew, for all their patience, we are almost at the end of the journey.🎉
