BoyaConf was born in 2019 as the first technology conference in Boyacá, organized by the Boyacá Dev community, who, motivated by the great software development community in Colombia, wanted to create a conference that is close to the people of Boyacá so that they can access it, acquire new knowledge and create a recognized local community.

Our main objective is to increase the level of knowledge of the community, providing a multi-thematic conference, dealing with topics such as Functional Programming, Chaos Engineering, Machine Learning, DevOps, Multiplatform Development, Microservices and more.

We have been contacting companies, looking for and motivating them to support us by being sponsors of the event. However, we still have a long way to go to cover all the expenses involved in holding BoyaConf 2024.
